Hello there, I am a single working mother and am intending to return to college this fall and get my nursing degree. I've been looking over obtaining a pell grant plus some different financial aid alternatives. Anyone have any kind of ideas to get various easy scholarships or even grants that i might find?

Every good thing I learned about life I learned at this humble farm. My heart and soul are warmed by the appreciation you feel for your new home in Aroostook County. I have always felt that the world would be a better place if everyone could have been raised here. My family and I send our best wishes for love, peace and great joy .

This is my family's farm, where my father grew up and I grew up with my brothers. I love seeing the pictures of the remodel and that you are using the farm for what it was built, to raise crops (no matter what type) and to raise a family and build memories. My memories of it are strong and wonderful, as I hope yours will be. Take care and enjoy every minute of your new life in your new home. Thank you for sharing.

I'm excited to find your blog! We are Floridians who are interested in moving to Aroostook County. We are homeschoolers and homesteaders (of sorts--gardens, chickens, learning basic self-sufficiency, etc.) I'd love some insight and guidance on the area.
